Reservations Only:
As of now, our Loyalty Program is exclusively for customers who make reservations in advance. Walk-ins are not eligible for the Loyalty Program yet. This allows us to keep track of your progress, determine your stage in the program, and identify the rewards you are entitled to receive. We will update you once it's available for walk-ins.
Redeeming Loyalty Program Rewards:
To claim rewards from our Loyalty Program, you must purchase a meal for lunch or dinner. Please also note that Loyalty Program rewards are given PER BOOKING, not per person. For instance, a single booking for 3 guests will receive 1 freebie, not three.
Purchase Requirement:
Loyalty Program rewards cannot be claimed without purchasing a qualifying meal. Each reservation must include at least one paid order to unlock or claim a reward.
Confirmation Required:
On the day of your reservation, you must show the staff the first confirmation email or SMS that you received. This message will contain your reservation details, including time and date, the number of people dining, and your current stage in the Loyalty Program.
